Terms and Conditions
- No Refunds: Once payment is made, there will be no refunds issued for any reason.
- 12-Month Commitment: The Client agrees to commit to a 12-month term for the services specified in the agreement, starting from the date of payment.
- Timely Submission of Footage: The Client shall provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Failure to provide required information, materials, or feedback in a timely manner may result in the forfeiture of services for that particular month.
- Working Days and Hours: Services will be provided during regular business days (Monday to Friday), excluding national holidays, within the hours of 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Package Duration: The package will conclude 12 months from the date of payment. Services provided under the package will not be extended beyond this period without a separate agreement.
- Sales Disclaimer: The Provider acknowledges that the success of the Client's sales or business growth is not solely dependent on the services provided in the agreement. Success is contingent upon various factors, including the Client's own efforts.
- Additional Expenses: Any expenses related to studios, location rentals, outfits, travel, and food incurred during video production or photoshoot sessions are the responsibility of the Client and will be billed separately.
- Filming Sessions and Reporting: The Provider will schedule filming sessions every 90 days to capture content. Additionally, the Provider will send a social media report outlining performance and engagement metrics to the Client following each quarter. The Client is encouraged to review and provide feedback on the report.
- Confidentiality: Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and data shared during the course of this Agreement.
